The NeurotechEU Internship Program at Boğaziçi University offers undergraduate and master’s students from the NeurotechEU alliance a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research experience in cutting-edge neuroscience and neurotechnology laboratories. The program is designed to provide immersive laboratory training while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting early-stage researchers in developing both technical and scientific skills.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Between June and August 2026, selected students will join 14 research laboratories across multiple departments, working closely with academic mentors on ongoing research projects. Participants will be integrated into active research environments and gain experience in experimental design, data collection and analysis, scientific communication, and collaborative research culture across various fields, including molecular biology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, and neurotechnology.
Application and funding
MUI students who are selected for the programme by Boğaziçi University and are staying for a minimum of 60 days are eligible for financial support.
