The NeurotechEU Doctoral Network offers PhD students the opportunity to become part of a European network in neurotechnology and related fields.
The network is designed to complement existing doctoral programmes and provides participants with access to international collaboration, online activities, workshops, mobility opportunities and exchange with early-career researchers across the NeurotechEU alliance.
The first cohort is expected to start end of 2026 with an online kick-off. A first in-person meeting is planned for 2027.
MUI can select up to five PhD students for the first cohort. The opportunity is particularly relevant for early stage doctoral researchers whose work connects to neurotechnology, neuroscience, medicine, engineering, artificial intelligence, digitalisation, clinical translation or related interdisciplinary fields.
Participation in the Doctoral Network gives PhD students the chance to broaden their European research network, develop transferable skills and engage with the wider NeurotechEU ecosystem.
